The Wasdell Group have been a sponsor of the yard and hard-working team at Jackdaws Castle since 2019. In 2024, the Wasdell Group joined in the celebration of the licence now being shared by Jonjo and AJ. Like Wasdell, father and son teams are the way to go! Wasdell derive a lot of pleasure and satisfaction from the association with O’Neill Racing. The association has certainly helped to raise the profile of the Wasdell Group business to date.
We would like to extend our appreciation to all the staff at Jackdaws for their thorough attention to making sure our logo is prominent when Jonjo and AJ trained horses are at the races, in photographs taken of winners and when the television cameras are running. Thank you for always looking so smart. In addition, the horses are always turned out beautifully and deserve best turned out prizes every time they appear. Jonjo, Jacqui, Jonjo Junior, AJ and the whole team make everyone who goes to Jackdaws, or attend the races to see their horse run, feel a welcome member of the “family”.
