Cheltenham January 2026 Sale

Good afternoon. We hope you are all managing to stay dry!

With the second half of the season in full swing and the spring festivals on the horizon, we move onto Festival Trials Day at Cheltenham and the Tattersalls Sale that takes place after what will surely be a fantastic day’s racing.

The sale will offer a select group of winning and placed point-to-pointers and horses in training after racing on Festival Trials Day in the sale ring on Cheltenham Racecourse.

Jonjo and AJ will be heading to the viewing on Friday, and have their eyes on a few of the horses in the sale and you can view the lots HERE. Please let us know if there’s anything you have your eye on!

There have been many  successful purchases at The January Sale in the past, most notably 2025 Irish and Welsh Grand National winner Haiti Couleurs who was purchased at the sale in 2022. The same sale also produced the 2024 Welsh Grand National winner Val Dancer, Deafening Silence who won the Grade 2 Winter Novices’ Hurdle at Sandown and a couple of successful purchases of our own in Inch House and Are U Wise To That.
