Springwell Bay got his chasing career off to the perfect start with an impressive display at Chepstow today under a composed ride by Jonjo Jr.
Always prominent, they went second after 4 out, before challenging the leader at the second last and leading towards the last fence, staying on well to win by 1¼ lengths.
